Theresa is a Spanish and bilingual education teacher with 18 years of classroom teaching experience. She currently teaches K-5 Spanish in an international baccalaureate elementary school. She has lead and taught in EEA's Spanish immersion summer camps for three years. She has helped teachers who have joined the Español Explorers Academy team grow in their profession. She is passionate about teaching and making a positive impact on the lives of students and their families. Using the Spanish language and having an appreciation of various cultures has been very valuable in her life and in the lives of many people locally and around the world.

LATEST NEWS
** Our first 2025 small group started today in Bee Cave with 7 students ages 6-8. It was a great success! I am proud of our young Spanish explorers.
** Our half day summer camp at Chandler Oaks Elementary started today and our new 5-8 year-old Spanish explorers in Round Rock had an excellent forst day! They had so much fun learning colors, shapes, numbers, directional words through movement and objects they touched and used to show mastery of the objectives. They learned and used basic greetings in dialogues with puppets.
** We will soon be welcoming a new teacher to our team to teach after school classes on elementary school campuses.
UPCOMING EVENTS
We are excited to announce the launch of our after school classes at Lake Travis ISD elementary schools and are waiting on confirmation of campuses where we will provide after school Spanish classes.
